What are your delivery costs?
Orders over $100 are delivered freight-free, otherwise all orders are $6.50 delivered nationwide.

Can I add to my order?
Simply place another order select 'ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER' as the delivery option, you will not be charged extra freight. More info can be found here

Yes, just select 'PICK UP' as the delivery option and you will not be charged for freight.

We have a small showroom on-site where you can come and view or try selected products - this includes our range of fragrances and essential oils. View a map of our location here
Do you have wholesale or practitioner pricing?
As you are buying direct from us, all prices shown are in fact wholesale for all PureNature branded products. Whilst we do not offer any discounts for practitioners or businesses, significant savings can be made by simply purchasing larger sizes of most products.
If you are interested in larger quantities than those listed, please do contact us for a competitive quote.
Can I ingest your products?
In general, only products listed under the WHOLEFOODS
category are food grade and may be ingested. The only other products suitable for ingestion are vegetable glycerine and our range of natural flavours and food-grade essential oils. Food grade essential oils are for flavouring purposes only, PureNature does not promote the ingestion of essential oils for therapeutic purposes.
