Step 1: Log InClick on the icon in the top right hand corner of the page
You will be taken to the Login page where you will be asked to enter your email address and password if you already have an account with us.
You can also have your password sent to you if you have forgotten it by clicking on the link below the Login panel and entering the email address your account is listed under
Step 2: Create an Account
If you do not have an account with us, click on the icon to the left of the Login panel.
You will then be asked to enter you details, make sure these are correct
After you have logged in or created an account you will be taken to the MY ACCOUNT page. Here you can update your details, check the status of an order and view your loyalty points balance
Step 3: Let's Go Shopping!
Find the product you want by either looking under a category or entering a search term in the search button located in the top right hand corner of the page
When you have found the product, select the size you want by clicking on the small arrow in the drop down window and clicking on the size of our choice. You can then simply click ADD TO CART or if you want multiple units enter the amount in the quantity box. Please note, some items do not have size options
A panel will now open in the top right hand corner of your page showing the items in your cart. You can now select your delivery option, click here to view our delivery policy and rates
Once you have finished shopping click on the CHECK OUT button in the shopping cart
Step 4: CheckoutAt the CHECKOUT page you must first accept out terms and conditions and then check that your delivery details are correct. If it is your first order, you may need to enter this information
For every order, we donate $1 to one of two charities - this does not cost you at all. Make sure you select which charity you would like us to support, you can click on each charity's icon to learn more about them
If you have loyalty points accumulated or have a coupon code, you can opt to use these to pay for your order at the bottom left hand corner of the page below the charity section
Select your payment method
If you select to pay using our secure payment gateway you will be redirected to a new page where you will be prompted to enter you credit card details
Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you opt to pay by bank deposit, this email will include payment instructions.
If you are paying on pick up, we will issue you with an invoice when you collect and pay for your order.
