ESSENTIAL OIL DESCRIPTION
Roman Chamomile is considered to be one of the gentlest of the essential oils and this lends it to be beneficial for use with children. It may be used for pain associated with teething infants and may be helpful to induce sleep. In adults it may be beneficial to calm tension and anxiety, and promote a good sleep. Roman Chamomile is most commonly used for its calming properties, particularly for nervous or digestive upsets. Roman Chamomile may be beneficial for sensitive, red or dry skin.
As it is already a 3% blend in a carrier oil, this product is ready to be used directly on the skin. It can also be used in blends with other essential and carrier oils.
BLENDS WELL WITH
Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Tea Tree, Rose, Lemon and Ylang-ylang.
