Pepper is the most widely traded spice in the world, revered for it's flavour and spicy pungency. Similarly, in Aromatherapy Black Pepper oil is regarded as a warming oil and is often used in blends for muscular aches and pains and to help stimulate circulation. It's warming properties are also reputed to be beneficial for digestive issue such as flatulence and constipation.
