A beautiful smooth product, that is very mild in both flavour and odour, and I believe offers really good benefits to my health, as I eat it almost every day, and have found my health has become better, and my energy levels have increased. I do use this in conjunction with other foods that work well with Ashwagandha, and I will continue to use.
