COVID 19 Update

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions continues to cause supply chain issues. 

At present, our courier company is experiencing intermittent strain due to staff absence, labour shortages and health and safety requirements. 

We understand that this may disrupt our normal level of service and so encourage the following:

  • Click & Collect for Auckland Customers. If possible, opt to collect your order from us. Learn more about Click & collect safety requirements here.
  • Order in Advance. To reduce the chances of not getting something when you need it, please try to order well before you need your items delivered.
  • Accuracy. Please ensure that important information such as your order contents and delivery address are accurate to minimise additional disruption.
  • Please be Patient. Both our customer service team and that of our courier are experiencing an increased volume of delivery related inquiries. There may be a delay in gathering information and reporting back to you. 

We expect that this situation, whilst challenging, will only be temporary and short-lived. As always, we are all in this together so let's all work together and get through this.
