Description
One of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic healing, Ashwaganda has been used since ancient times for a wide variety of conditions . In Sanskrit Ashwagandha means “the smell of a horse,” as it is thought to impart the vigour and strength of a stallion.
Ashwaganda has traditionally been prescribed to help people strengthen their immune system after an illness, and is also referred to as “Indian ginseng” .
Among its many benefits, Ashwaganda is thought to protect the immune system, combat the effects of stress, improve memory, reduce anxiety and/or depression and reduce inflammation.

I have been wanting to trial this product for some time now, and that is how I came across Pure Nature. Have to say I instantly fell in love with the site and will definitely be ordering more off here (like way more!) A beautiful smooth product, that is very mild in both flavour and odour, and I believe offers really good benefits to my health, as I eat it almost every day, and have found my health has become better, and my energy levels have increased. I do use this in conjunction with other foods that work well with Ashwagandha, and I will continue to use.
