Cashew nuts are more than just an indulgent snack!

Rich in “heart-friendly” oleic and palmitoleic acids, cashew nuts can help to boost your intake of healthy fats. They also contain the essential minerals manganese, potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium.

A host of B vitamins are also in the mix, plus a small amount of  zeaxanthin, an important pigment flavonoid antioxidant which helps maintain eye health. 

Cashews are great eaten raw, salted or roasted. Especially good in salads or stir-fries! They are also essential for many raw desserts and make a fantastic vegan milk or cream substitute when soaked and blended with water.

enjoying these cashews, would recommend. we use for baking, but they get snacked on pretty quickly.

The 1KG bag is such good value for organic Cashew nuts, cheapest I've found by far. These taste delicious and I keep them in the fridge although they dont last long as we cook with them and make bliss balls weekly :)
