Nature/Essence – Clearing & Calming
FOR THE SKIN
Fragonia can be used as you would Tea Tree oil, with the benefit of being gentler on the skin and less pungent on the nose. An excellent antiseptic and calming oil for minor skin wounds, acne, cold sores, athletes foot, nappy rash or other fungal rashes.
FOR THE BODY
Used as an inhalation or in a massage oil applied to the chest and lymph nodes, Fragonia provides antiseptic and decongestant properties to help ease colds, sinus or chest congestion, and aid immune defences. It also helps ease tired or stiff muscles and joints, ideal in a massage oil or balm.
FOR THE MIND
Fragonia has a deep calming effect, helping to clear old or unresolved emotional blockages, and instil a sense of inner peace and love. The releasing effect of Fragonia helps harmonise the nervous system, promoting tranquillity, resilience and acceptance of the past and present.
FOR THE HOME
Fragonia is a good oil to diffuse before sleep to aid deep relaxation, and is said to be helpful to recover from jetlag.
