Avocado Oil

Extra virgin avocado oil is a cold-pressed oil extracted from the flesh of the avocado. Avocado oil is bursting with chlorophylls and carotenoids - hence its brilliant emerald green colour.

Good for:

  • Cardiovascular health: Oleic acid (Omega 9) helps to improve blood glucose levels and blood circulation, and supports healthy blood cholesterol.
  • Cell protection: High levels of carotenoids, including lutein, help to reduce disease-causing free-radicals and the risk of age-related macular degeneration. Even better, the fat content of avocados helps the body absorb these carotenoids quickly and efficiently.
