Valerian has long been used for its natural relaxing and sedative properties, which can be used to calm both body and mind.
Note: Valerian has a very strong smell that some may find disagreeable, as such it is not recommended for fragrance purposes. Blending with more pleasant smelling synergistic oils such as Lavender or Marjoram helps to mask the scent for therapeutic use
