This easy DIY sanitising spray is our go to for cleaning equipment, jars/bottles, and surfaces before and after creating products.  It is also handy for sanitising phones, door handles etc. 

Ingredients

Makes 100g/mls 

70gm 

70% 

Isopropyl Alcohol or Denatured Alcohol 

30gm 

30% 

Water 

Equipment

Glass beaker/jug x 2
Scales (but could do in mls if needed)
Spoon
Amber bottle/mist sprayer

Method

  1. Measure out the Isopropyl Alcohol or Denatured Alcohol in one beaker/jug, and then measure out the water in the other beaker/jug.
  2. Add the measured Isopropyl Alcohol or Denatured Alcohol to the water whilst stirring. Stir well.
  3. Pour into a bottle and label well. Keep out of reach from children.  Note - this is classed as flammable. 

Just note this is a strong spray and may not be compatible with some types of furniture/surfaces.
