How do I return? +

If you wish to retun an item, please contact us to discuss further and make arrangements.

What items are returnable? +

We can accept items back within 30days of the date of purchase that are unused and in resell-able condition with seals intact and in the original packaging.

What items are non-refundable? +

We cannot issue refunds for Gift cards or items that are on discount or clearance deals.

The item I received is damaged! +

If the purchased product is faulty, please contact us to arrange solution

Can items be exchanged? +

We may allow the exchange of purchased items for another item. Please contact us to discuss further.

What are the refund options? +

We can either refund to the original payment method or refund to store credit.

How do I ship back the items? +

Please contact us to discuss further. Full instructions will be provided but please note , you may need to cover the cost to return the goods in some situations.

How soon will I get my credit or refund? +

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If
approved, the refund or credit request will be processed within 3 working days after approval. Please note, refunds may take further time to show in your account.
