Description

Sodium citrate is the sodium salt of citric acid, it is commonly added to cosmetic and food preparations as a chelating and buffering agent. Buffers help to maintain the pH of a product and keep it stable. It also has mild antioxidant properties and can act as a co-preservative.

Awesome for cheese sauce, gluten free

We make molecular processed cheese. Can use lemon juice but that is a bit hit and miss. This stuff is accurate and fabulous every time.
