Description

The fresh woodsy aroma of Spruce brings to mind the Christmas season, and has a wonderful grounding and tonic effect. Spruce is used for respiratory and musculoskeletal complaints and is highly recommended to help restore after stress.

Nature/Essence – Expansive & Restorative

Spruce penetrates deeply to ease aching muscles and joints, and to clear lung or bronchial congestion and tightness. It aids immune defences and helps restore healthy respiratory function. Great in a massage oil, chest rub or inhalation. In general Spruce is a lovely tonic to revive a fatigued body and mind.

Wow

When I first opened this, it really uplifted me. I was reviewing Douglas Fir making some notes when this delivery arrived, so it was nice to compare the distinct difference of the two. Douglas feeling a lot heavier and grounding next to it, and Black Spruce feeling very fresh, light and airy. A very vibrant and alluring scent.

Calming fragrance

I put a few drops in to diffuser every night as it is so calming, perfect for easy breathing and going to sleep. I've re ordered many times
