Description

Highly recommended for respiratory and rheumatic complaints, this oil has been rectified to reduce crystallisation. Thyme oil was used in the past as a disinfectant in hospitals, and has attracted much scientific interest as a powerful antimicrobial.

NOTE: This oil may form crystals during transit or storage. Gentle warming in a hot water bath and stirring may be required.

Nature/Essence – Strengthening & Stimulating

White Thyme can be used sparingly and well diluted as an antiseptic for acne, cuts and wounds.

White Thyme oil provides immune support and has powerful respiratory antiseptic and decongesting properties for coughs (wet and dry), colds and congestion. Its warming action stimulates circulation and restores vitality to the body, easing muscle and joint stiffness and fluid retention.

The fortifying effect of White Thyme helps restore and strengthen the nerves, aid mental function and clear the head.

White Thyme oil can be diffused to help purify the air and is a great choice as an antiseptic in household cleaning blends.

This is great for lungs, I put a couple of drops in a steam for my dad who has COPD, you can also massage it onto skin when you mix it with a carrier oil, 1 part thyme to 10 parts almond, excellent for naval oiling. Thyme is amazing and quite forgotten, great antibacterial.
