I use this in my diffuser at night to help me sleep. Some nights it works very well, other nights not so much.
Love using this on the days of my period, using a carrier oil I add a few drops for a tummy and lower back massage (where I find I have pain or discomfort and bloating) and it is a lovely ritual to do on those days. Also enjoy it in my diffuser with some mandarin oil added.
Great blend. Add some lavender and almond oil in a roller bottle and your good to go. I’m using it as a fertility aid and it smells sooo good!
