Cancer Support New Zealand understands that cancer affects far more than health.

It can impact confidence, identity, energy, and the everyday rhythms of life that once felt familiar. The organisation is focused on supporting people as whole individuals, not just as patients.

It provides free, practical, non-medical support designed to sit alongside clinical care. This includes community classes, 20+ online programmes, expert Q&As, on-demand videos, and podcasts, offering flexible ways to access gentle, practical guidance wherever people are in their journey.

Formerly known as Look Good Feel Better, Cancer Support New Zealand has supported people facing cancer for more than 35 years.

While the name has evolved, the purpose has not: to help people feel more like themselves again during and after treatment.

Its programmes support the visible and invisible effects of cancer and help with confidence, wellbeing, and the everyday experience of living with and beyond cancer.
