Great for cold feet.

I've added the Black Pepper oil to my massage balm that I massage into the soles of my feet at bedtime to keep them warm all night. I have Raynaud’s so have had frozen feet and extremities for many years - I wear thick Merino woolly socks to bed as well as inside my sheepskin boots all day, but still get frosty cold feet.

Since I’ve added the Black Pepper oil to my massage balm it’s helped to keep my feet warmer. But be careful not to add too much oil at the start until your feet and skin get used to the warmth, add more oil in a week if you believe you need more heat, as the Black Pepper oil is very warming/heating.

Also if you have trouble sleeping at night (Black Pepper is also an energising oil), try massage your balm into the soles of your feet first thing in the morning and see if this works better.

Very specific

It’s an unusual strong smell , I like it but I could see other people not liking it . I think it needs to be used for something very specific ie for its therapeutic benefits .
