Cardamom has been used in many cultures for thousand of years for its digestive effects. It aids appetite and digestion, settles the stomach and helps ease nausea, indigestion, heartburn and digestive discomfort or fullness (nice massaged on the abdomen in a clockwise direction). It is also used to stimulate the respiratory system during coughs, colds and bronchitis to help expel congestion in the lungs and airways.

Cardamom is considered a sexual tonic due to its invigorating action on the senses. It can help clear stagnation and weakness, and refresh a depleted spirit.

I made a chest rub for my kids using a mullein oil infusion and essential oils. I used it on the soles of their feet too. This oil made is smell delicious but helped a lot too. A great addition!
Surprised by how much I love this oil... Uplifting and refreshing and warming in this cold weather
This goes great with ginger, clove and cinnamon for a gingerbread smell in your diffuser - love it.
