Eucalyptus can be used diluted on minor wounds, burns, ulcers and stubborn skin infections to aid healing.
One of the best decongestant oils. Use as an inhalation or chest rub for a blocked nose, sinus congestion or chesty coughs. It also acts as a respiratory antiseptic and aids immune defences. It helps open up the airways and has a cooling effect, helpful during fevers. Eucalyptus is also used in muscle and joint rubs, stimulating circulation and easing aches and pains. Some also find it useful for headaches associated with congestion or mental fatigue.
Eucalyptus helps refresh and clear the mind, aiding concentration and focus. It can help cool heated emotions and balance extreme moods.
