I'm on the fence

I can't decide if I like this in skincare. In the bottle I definitely got honeysuckle and jasmine, but in a body cream at 0.8% the floral notes are underwhelming, and the very strong end result is powder, which, while disappointing, is clearly described as the base note. It's not unpleasant, but perhaps not what I'd hoped for.
