One of the most effective relaxant and restorative essential oils, Neroli calms the mind and the body. Neroli is made from the blossoms of Bitter Orange, and is beloved for its sweet intoxicating scent used historically for both seduction and tranquillity (which explains its popular use as a perfume and wedding flower). Neroli is right up there with Jasmine and Rose as one of the most highly valued essential oils - it’s expensive but a little goes a long way, only 1-2 drops are needed to release its benefits.
