Calming Blend

Really like the smell of this essential oil and yes it is very calming. I have put some onto a roller bottle and apply frequently throughout the day. I would like to try this in some Epsom bath salts too.

I purchased this to use in a diffuser for my son who had bad anxiety over lockdown...I've been using it at night time for him and it seems to help him keep calm a bit more.

This blend is amazing. I use it in my burner and blended with Sweet Almond Oil in my Massage Oil on my Massage clients.
