I add this blend to my other oils as it's cheaper than buying each oil individually but also works well in my 'Unwind' blend to help relieve headaches/migraines & stress relief.
I purchased this essential oil blend to try with the face oil blend I make. I usually buy the individual essential oils I love the most, and add them together myself, and this blend is a lovely addition.
I add a few drops of this onto a towel in the sauna, combined with the heat of the infrared sauna is absolute bliss!!!
These gorgeous soap cubes are easy to make and great for travelling.
