I was quite keen to give us a try as I’m a big lover of the Ylang Ylang, a relative of Cananga.
Cananga is subtle and green and almost smells a bit woodier to nose.

Used as a substitute for ylang ylang essential oil, worked well.
Very soothing and relaxing. The macrophylla variation is less intensely floral than the genuina variation of Ylang Ylang but non the less beautiful.
