It is gentle on the skin, helps to disperse bruising and speeds the natural healing process.

Kunzea is highly recommended for stiff or sore muscles and joints, sprains, strains and soft tissue injuries. It can be used as an inhalation during coughs and colds to help clear the respiratory system and support defences.
