When will my order be shipped? +

Our aim is to dispatch your order within 1 working day following receipt. Occasionally, factors such as staffing shortages or high demand may cause delays.

How long will delivery take? +

Auckland Target Time (after dispatch) – next working day

North Island Target Time (after dispatch) – 2 working days

South Island Target Time (after dispatch) – 2 -3 working days

Allow an additional 2-3 days for Rural deliveries or for deliveries containing Dangerous Goods.

Occasionally NZ Couriers may experience service disruptions due to demand surges, weather events, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. You can view the status of their delivery network here.

I am based overseas, can I place an order? +

We do not ship orders internationally. If you are based overseas, you are welcome to have an order shipped to a local address. Please note we do not complete any additional paperwork if required by forwarders or customs.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has shipped? +

Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.

How do discount codes work? +

Discount codes can be applied manually at checkout or by clicking on a unique link that will be shared to you. PLEASE NOTE:  only one discount code can be applied per order, this includes free shipping coupons and Pure Points rewards..

How do I get free shipping? +

Orders over $130 qualify for free nationwide shipping. Please note: if a discount or Pure Points spend brings your order total below $130,  a shipping charge will still apply.
