We're on the move!
PureNature is moving to a bigger and better home at the end of this month. Over the last couple of years, our business has expanded massively, and we have now far outgrown our little warehouse in Henderson.
The other big news, which may come as a surprise to everyone, is that we will no longer be operating a physical store when we move into our new home.
We know everyone loves our little shop and we have loved seeing you all every day – this is what we will miss the most!
However, we have decided to focus our energy on our online services and will be implementing some great new changes to improve your shopping experience with us.
One thing we know everyone wants more of is workshops! Our new site will have a dedicated space for workshops, seminars, demonstrations and more. We expect to begin rolling these out a month or two after we have settled in.
We will still be giving you the option to pick up your order from us and in fact, we are planning to reduce the processing time for pick up orders, look out for exciting updates on this service in the near future.
Please note, we will be disabling the order pick ups function temporarily from March 18th until April 1st when we open again at our new premises.
This is to ensure nobody misses out on collecting their goods whilst we are closed during the move.
If you place an order for pick up before March 18th, please ensure you collect it before March 25th to avoid this happening.
The shop will be closing its doors for the last time at 4pm, Tuesday March 17th.
So when is this all happening?
We will also take the following few days to move into our new home and do our annual stocktake. We hope to be dispatching orders again by no later than April 1st.
As you will appreciate, this is huge change for us, and the move will disrupt our normal services. We encourage everyone to place orders well before March 25th to avoid delays in receiving your goods as we will be unable to process orders until we are fully operational at our new site. We expect to have a backlog of orders to process once we get going so we do ask for your patience over the settling in period as we get back up to full speed.
