An easy DIY laundry powder recipe that anyone can make, gentle but powerful enough for the whole family.

Ingredients

Makes 500gms

200gm	40%	Sodium Bicarbonate
195gm	39%	Soda Ash (Washing Soda)
50gm	10%	Liquid Castile Soap Base
50gm	10%	Borax
5gm	1%	Beach Linen Fragrance

Equipment

Bowl

Fork

Digital Scales

Food Processer (optional)

Method

Weigh all the powders into a bowl and break up any lumps.
Weigh out the liquid castile and fragrance together, mix, and drizzle over the powder breaking up any lumps with a fork.
Put into a jar and keep out of wet area’s
Use 1-2 tablespoons per load. Front loaders use less

Suggested Alternatives:

If you prefer a finer powder you can put it in the food processer.
You can choose your own fragrance or essential oils.
