Method

1. Weigh out both the butters, coconut oil and vee-wax into the pyrex jug or stainless bowl over the double boiler to melt 

1. Weigh the fragrance or essential and vitamin E in the small beaker and set aside 
2. When the oil mix has melted take off the heat and set aside to cool down a little, when it has cooled but is still liquid add the fragrance and Vit E and stir well. If you are adding mica add this now 
3. Pour into your chosen mould and leave it overnight to set. The next day pop it out of the mould and its ready to use!  

Double Boiler 

Half fill a saucepan with water, bring to the boil and reduce to a gentle simmer. 

Place the ingredients into a pouring pitcher, tempered glass or stainless-steel jug small enough to fit inside the saucepan and best if the handle goes over the outside of the pot. Carefully place the bowl onto the simmering water.
