Sprain Balm

A must for the first aid cupboard this is a light weight balm using Comfrey and St Johns Wort Infused oil.

Makes 100g

A - 39gm	39%	Comfrey Infused Oil
A - 28gm	28%	St Johns Wort Infused Oil
A - 14gm	14%	Cera Bellina
A - 2gm	2%	Cetyl Alcohol
A - 15gm	15%	Mango Butter
B - 1gm	1%	Vitamin E – Mixed Tocopherol
B -1 gm approx. 15 drops	1%	Roman Chamomile Essential OIl

Double boiler

Beaker x 2 / or glass jug

Spatula

Scales

Themometer

2 x Medium Aluminum Tins

Weigh out all of (A) ingredients into a beaker or measuring jug and heat slowly in a double boiler for approx. 30mins stirring often until all is melted.
Weigh out all of (B)ingredients in a beaker.
Once (A) beaker is below 45 degrees, add (B) ingredients to (A) ingredients then slowly pour/spoon into tins or jars.
